  • carefully studying your existing fundraising mix - individual giving, legacies, trusts & foundations, corporate partnerships, your community/event fundraising and other sources of income.

  • researching possible new fundraising initiatives and sources.

  • producing a SWOT analysis for your organisation and/or your fundraising.

  • Advising on fundraising priorities in terms of cost/income ratios.

  • producing a Fundraising Strategy linking in your fundraising needs with your present and future resources (including cost-benefit analysis for each part of the fundraising mix).

  • advising on staffing structure.
