You know you should be investing in legacy giving, but you’re not sure what to do?

 

I have experience of setting up successful programmes in two national charities and can do the same for you, by:

  • developing compelling materials to reassure prospective legacy donors.

  • organising a stewardship programme for pledgers to ensure they stay warm to your charity.

  • building relationships with appropriate lawyers to ensure you come into consideration when people are making their wills.

  • ensuring you are set up to deal with and receive legacies and have appropriate checks and balances in place including providing guidance if a gift is contested.

  • ennsuring your fundraising staff comply with Fundraising Regulator guidelines in dealing with the vulnerable when soliciting gifts in wills.
